Using Botinto

Botinto provides a website AI assistant, shared inbox, knowledge tools, and customer handoff. You must be authorized to act for your business and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your login confidential and ensure your team uses the service responsibly.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to your content. You give us permission to process it to provide the service and its support features. Only upload information you have permission to use. Do not use Botinto for spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, malware, harassment, or content that violates others’ rights. Do not use the assistant to make consequential decisions about individuals or provide unreviewed medical, legal, or financial advice.

AI limitations

AI responses may be incorrect. Review your knowledge, test answers, monitor conversations, and provide appropriate human support. The assistant does not guarantee accuracy, availability, sales outcomes, or business results. The current release supports website chat and forwarded email tickets. Email replies require verified sending settings.

Plans and payments

The free trial lasts 7 days with limited AI usage. Paid access is purchased for 30 days and does not automatically renew. AI credit allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC while access is active. USD plans use US$0.01 per AI credit. One AI credit is used when an AI request is queued, including requests that result in a handoff or provider failure. Human replies and private notes do not use AI credits. Unused usage does not roll over. Same-plan renewals extend access; switching plans starts a new term without proration. Checkout displays the selected currency and total before payment.

Suspension and termination

We may pause service for misuse, security concerns, or unpaid access. When AI access expires, new customer messages can still be managed by your team while the workspace remains active. Owners may delete their workspace at any time. Export important data before deletion.

Service and support

We work to keep Botinto available but do not provide a guaranteed uptime commitment in these standard plans. Contact [email protected] for help. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
